Booking, Payments & Cancellations
Financial Protocol

Cancellation Window
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations within the 24-hour window may be subject to a 50% service fee to compensate for the professional time allocated to your slot.
